Human Capital Development Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Talent Management Specialist with deep expertise in competency development, training content creation, and workshop facilitation. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives that enhance leadership capability, drive organizational transformation, and align talent strategies with business goals through impactful learning experiences and a culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
Competency Development
- Design and implement enterprise-wide competency frameworks tailored to organizational roles and strategic objectives.
- Conduct competency gap analyses and recommend targeted development interventions.
- Embed competencies into performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.
- Develop tools and guidelines to support competency-based assessments and development planning.
- Continuously update competency models based on evolving business needs and industry benchmarks.
Training Content Development
- Design and develop engaging training content for leadership, behavioral, and technical development programs.
- Apply instructional design principles to create structured learning paths, e-learning modules, and blended learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and alignment with business needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance metrics.
Workshop Facilitation
- Plan and deliver high-impact workshops, bootcamps, and learning sessions for various employee segments.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences using modern tools and techniques (e.g., simulations, role plays, virtual reality).
- Coordinate with internal and external facilitators, keynote speakers, and training vendors.
- Monitor workshop outcomes and ensure alignment with individual development plans (IDPs) and organizational goals.
Learning Strategy & Culture Building
- Develop and implement a long-term learning strategy that fosters a culture of continuous development.
- Promote learning agility and innovation across the organization through curated learning journeys and experiential programs.
- Champion internal learning initiatives and support peer learning formats such as mentorship, job shadowing, and cross-training.
Digital Learning & Platforms
- Leverage digital platforms (e.g., LMS, Coursera, SAP SuccessFactors) to deliver scalable learning solutions.
- Integrate AI-enhanced tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Grammarly) into training content and delivery formats.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in digital learning and apply them to enhance learner engagement.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Design pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning impact and behavioral change.
- Use data analytics to track training effectiveness, ROI, and alignment with business KPIs.
- Report learning outcomes and insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Partner with department heads and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
- Communicate learning outcomes and talent development metrics to executive leadership.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for talent initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 17 years of experience in talent management, competency development, or training design.
- Proven success in designing and implementing competency frameworks and training programs.
- Strong background in executive coaching, organizational design, and change management.
- Experience across GCC, Middle East, and international markets (e.g., USA).
- Prior experience in consulting firms (e.g., KPMG) or large enterprises preferred.
