Petro Rabigh invests in developing human capital by offering an Early Career Development Program for a select group of male and female graduates. This program aims to prepare a distinguished group of young professionals with the experience and readiness to enter the job market.

Eligibility Requirements
- The applicant must be Saudi national.
- The applicant’s GPA must not be less than 2.50 out of 4 or 3.5 out of 5, or an equivalent. Priority is given to candidates with higher GPAs.
- The applicant must have graduated from a university or college.
- The applicant must not currently be employed.
- The applicant must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
- The applicant must pass the interview at Petro Rabigh.
- The applicant must be accepted by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- The required training period must not exceed 6 months.
Benefits during the program period:
- A monthly financial reward provided by the HRDF.
- Workplace injury insurance coverage from the HRDF.
- Housing and transportation provided according to company policy.
- A certificate from HRDF (Hadaf) upon completion of the training program.
- A certificate from Petro Rabigh qualifying the trainee for the job market upon completion.
- Access to online training courses.
The required documents:
Candidates for this program must submit the following documents:
- A copy of the Saudi national ID.
- Graduation Certificate showing the cumulative GPA from the university or college.
Program Goals:
The program is established to satisfy the following:
- Enhance the skills of graduates from local and international universities and colleges, and provide them with practical experience.
- Offer graduates the opportunity to enrich their academic and practical knowledge and acquire essential job market skills.
- Encourage innovative thinking and enable them to practice problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Provide on-the-job training opportunities to gain the experience needed for the job market. Note: Participation in the Tamheer program does not guarantee employment.

Chemical Engineering – Chemistry – Finance – Industrial Engineering – Mechanical Engineering – Computer Engineering – Information Technology – Electrical Power – Law - Human Resources – Business Administration – Supply Chain – Architectural.
Important dates
- Registration opens on Thursday, July 10, 2025, and closes on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
- Applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be automatically disqualified.
