Petro Rabigh looking for *Root Cause Analysis Specialist*

*Brief Description:*

Primary role of the Root Cause Analysis Specialist is to manage and the overall RCA program and provide the know-how, technical support, quality control, coaching and necessary training for a solid and successful RCA program in the operating facilities Tey are also expected to conduct special studies and analysis of RCAs and provide the defect elimination processes.

The RCA specialist will work jointly with subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams.

In Addition they are expected to coach and support the training and development of junior engineers within the team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

· #Lead, Maintain, sustain and continuously enhance the RCA program

· #Work With corresponding representatives from Different facilities supporting RCA program sustainability and enhancement

· #Conduct analytics on RCAs and related data to identify common themes and major areas or focus that will result in the highest added value

· #Identify systematic improvements to avoid reoccurrence of failures and related root causes

· #Participate in and conduct training workshops and provide RCA coaching and Practitioner level training

· #Verify the quality of full fledge RCA from different facilities and provide systematic feedback for enhancement

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field , an advance degree is preferred

· Min 15 years of experience in the RCA and defect elimination process in the Oil & Gas Industry.

· TapRoot certified is preferred

· Knowledge in the use of other RCA investigation software

· Black-belt sigma certification is a plus

· Strong leadership qualities and team building skills to drive thee liase twith people at all levels

· Excellent oral and written English communication skills in English

· In-depth knowledge in change management and problem solving techniques
