Job Description

Job Purpose:

1) Profits/Losses analysis and seek for new development or improvement of the Company's profits

2) review the perfomace and costs of Polymer of phase II

3) Coordinate and consult with SCM overall allocation of Polymer and production campaign (grade by grade) for the Company's optimization

4) Any legal and contractual issues against Marketers


1) Comply with Marketing Agreement & other definitive Agreement

2) the Company's overall marketing strategy and operation plan incl. budget.

Job Minimum Responsibilities:

1- Improvement Plan:

Develop and make improvement ideas to increase the Company's profit or reduce business risks. As the case maybe, jointly study with Marketer to seek for best product portfolio.

2- Netback and Productivity Optimization:

Best optimization of allocation, grade slates, production mix from both views of profits and risks in consultation with Production Planning. PDC and SCM.

3- Performance Review:

Performance review of Polymer via Marketers and check the costs of Marketers which is charged for the Company.

4- Market Development & Customer Satisfaction:

Develop new grade, potential customers together with Technical Marketing Services Section.

5- Legal and Contract:

Investigate necessary legal arrangement with customers, agent, distributor, marketers or internal other dept. Report to Manager about the results of investigation.

Specific knowledge & business understanding:

1- Market condition of Chemicals including Price Behaviors, Product Property, Applications, etc.

2- Bacic cost accounting and some costs and profit analysis method.

3- Comprehensive Legal and Logistics knowledge.

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience in polymer processes technology, technical marketing, product management, or sales preferably in the polymer or chemical industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a wide rangeof audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of marketing metrics and analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments and with willingnessto cooperate with Company internal and external stakeholders.
