Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy and plan in order to meet the company's business objectives, within corporate guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

1- Strategy Development:

Lead the development of the company's marketing strategy and marketing plan for petrochemical products in the Middle East, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and participate in the marketing committee to approve the marketing plan.

2- Strategy Management:

Supervise the implementation of the marketing plan, monitor actual costs versus budgets and take appropriate action to correct any deviation from budget or schedules.

3- Brand Management:

Establish brand strategy and orgnize marketing activities to generate brand awareness in the Middle East.

4- Policy Development:

Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, promotions, product and market evaluation and select placement and key messages for advertising and advertorials.

5- Market Research:

Supervise the undertaking of market and industry research to identify, develop and lead campaigns to get company products properly positioned.

6- Petrochemicals product allocation:

Collect information related to sales volume from Marketeer and Sales Section to develop appropriate allocation plans that can be submitted for the Marketing Committee's approval when required.

7- Raw Materials Management:

Oversee the import and export of olefin and establish contact with trading house for its shipment.

8- Human Resources Management:

Coordinate with human resources department to plan staffing requirements for the section conduct performance reviews of subordinates and to finalize staff development program and training needs to further enhance individual potential and contribution to the overall company's performance.
