Petro Rabigh was founded in 2005 as a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical. The plant is valued at about US $10 billion and originally produced 18.4 million tons per annum (mtpa) of petroleum-based products and 2.4 mtpa of ethylene and propylene-based derivatives. Petro Rabigh II is an expansion project valued at US $9 billion that reached full production by 4th Quarter 2017 and provided a wide range of new high value-added products, some of which are exclusive to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
Duties and responsibility
Essential Job Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Lead the Governance, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance management including ISO/ RC certification /management , Sustainability (ESG), Document & Record management teams and provide necessary support and guidance
Provide necessary support to Manager, Governance & Risk Management Department for improving Governance, ERM, Sustainability (ESG)& Compliance Management System’s performance.
Lead, monitor and improve the performance of departmental related activities and projects / programs
Provide subject matter technical expertise on areas of GRC to support PRC entities and initiatives/programs.
Establish, deploy and improve the GRC framework and strategies
Solve challenges, develop roadmaps and deliver sustainable solutions
Bachelor degree in Engineering / Sciences / Risk / Compliance management
Minimum Ten (10) year experience in GRC related areas.
Experience in applying GRC management principles to concerned entities
Strong proficiency in GRC management system with recognized Training & Certifications in GRC Management, Sustainability, ESG, ISO/ RC standards, Internal Auditing is a plus.
Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced professional environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines with minimal supervision and guidance.
