Maintenance Planner
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist Section Head to coordinate with other interfaced entities to plan Maintenance activities within allocated budgets with least disruption to Operations.
Prepares Job Step in proper execution sequence resource loaded with Craft MHrs., Crew Size, Mtrls. (9CAT &9COM, surplus available), Tools, Service Eqpt., Special Preparation requirements for each step after visiting job site and sequenced to achieve job completion in a timely manner.
Finalize Weekly Schedule for workable jobs, maintain PMO History, prepare Whole Job Standards (WJS) & review archived WJS. Assist Section Head to monitor maintenance work Progress and report requests for additional budgets to Manufacturing Section Heads as appropriate to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Planners to assure consistency in the application of procedures.
Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports such as Charts, KPI's into a Depts.
Report from SAP System on Maintenance Activities (Completed, Active, On-hold; Maint. Control, Monitoring & Backlog Reports) and analyze, recommend strategies for improvement to offer support to Operations.
Assist Section Head in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for different crafts for effective monitoring and control to improve performance.
Assist Section Head to coordinate with Materials Section of General Admin, for material forecasting and categorizing the critical spares.
Provide coaching to lower-level Field Planners and supervise their work and transfer skills to improve work performance in terms of best standards for planning and scheduling.
Minimum Requirements:
High school with Minimum 2 years varied craftsman experience in a refining and petrochemical industry or Diploma with 1 year. ITC qualified from Craftsmen (Qualified & completed all Phases of the Maint. Training Program).
