Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, conclude, and maintain contractual procurement of services in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
• Manage processing of RFQ s, Service POs, Bid evaluation, release orders for services.
• Perform and manage contractor cost estimations as required by the end user.
• Monitor overall contract & service buying activities against budget, schedule and KPIs' and attribute and provide corrective solution assistance where appropriate.
• Monitor contractor quality and efficiency in relation to contracted service performance levels and correct as necessary.
• Provide guidance to identify saving opportunities activities to Contract Advisors and customers.
• Coordinate and/or perform technical/commercial evaluation where required.
• Maintain high level Business standard and Ethics.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration. Engineering and Law Degree are also acceptable.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral presentation.
• 9 years contracting experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
• Understanding of ERP system preferably SAP system.
