Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor, Technical Support & Work Control to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical support operations and maintenance work control activities, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with set standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance to maintenance engineers/planners to maintain efficient facilities/community/equipment maintenance operations.
• Provide interdepartmental coordination and scheduling of work orders to include inventory control and purchasing through the entire workflow process. Also, establish priorities with input from all work activities to expedite full and efficient use of available time.
• Evaluate data as to scope, effect on existing installation, economic value and long-range planning.
• Recommends new installations or modifications to improve existing facilities/equipment and standardization within specific fields of endeavor. Also, estimate costs, prepares justifications and completes expenditure requests as required.
• Perform work and/or delegate work to other engineers for final development of specialized or technical proposals and studies of proposed projects including cost details.
• Schedule and facilitate all work scheduling activities. Provide input on best assignment work group and work week plan. Further, approve valid non-emergent, non-outage notifications and convert to work orders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in technical and work control activities.
• Sound technical knowledge in main. of facilities/equipment, etc.
• High degree of technical and analytical competency in terms of maintenance and its programs.
