Key Responsibilities and Architectural Engineering Tasks:

• Collaborate with community stakeholders and business leaders to design and develop architectural projects that meet community needs and organizational objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate potential project impacts on local infrastructure.
• Utilize architectural design software to create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Ensure architectural projects comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met according to plan.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the construction phase to resolve issues and implement quality control measures.
• Engage in sustainability planning by integrating environmentally friendly solutions in all architectural designs.
• Perform any additional duties as directed by the Lead Architectural Engineer or Department Manager.

Qualifications and Engineering Expertise Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural engineering experience, preferably in a community or business development setting.
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and green building practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and project management skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
