Talent Management Advisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Employees Development Discussions: Facilitate Employees Development Discussions to assist employees in career and personal development.
• Managing HUB Programs: Oversee the implementation and tracking of the safety, leadership, and technical training programs and ensure targeted employees complete their assigned programs and collaborate with Training Coordinators to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
• Management Check-in and Realignment: Meetings with managers and VPs to ensure alignment between talent development plans and organizational goals.
• Learning Solutions: Develop comprehensive training plans and design learning solutions that align with identified needs and business objectives. This may include classroom training, workshops, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, and other relevant methods.
• Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources, to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars for individuals or groups, ensuring that thecontent is delivered effectively, and participants are actively engaged in the learning process.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and update training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and alignment withchanging business needs and industry best practices.
• Learning Technology: Utilize learning solutions and other technology tools to manage training content, track participants' progress, and generate regular talent analytics reports to senior leadership.
• Training Coordination: Organize logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangement, participant registration, and communication.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide individual coaching and mentoring support to employees to reinforce learning and help them apply new skills in their roles effectively.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal trainers, or external training vendors to develop specialized training programs under Center of Excellence.
• Training Budget Management: Assist in budget planning, tracking, and allocation to ensure training initiatives are well-funded andaligned with organizational priorities.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational development.
• Strong understanding of talent management practices, performance management systems, and employee development strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
