Inspection Advisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
To support the Inspection Supervisor in executing planned and unplanned integrity inspection programs by performing inspection in the assigned unit's static equipment and piping aimed at gathering required corrosion and inspection information while assessing the equipment/piping integrity condition. To develop the EIS program, to review RBI based OSI Program and to plan executions with Maintenance Planners. To review the acquired data and to recommend necessary repairs or replacement, to raise and issue Inspection Work Sheets (IWS) for in-kind replacements or repair works. To direct situations requiring design changes (Covered by MOC Procedure) to Engineering Section Inspection & Corrosion Engineers for investigation and action.
To direct Mechanical Inspector in the assigned Field Inspection Unit to implement planned Integrity Inspection Programs, to perform external and internal inspections on static equipment, to gather required inspection and corrosion data, and to document the inspection findings and to review them before entering in to IDMS Database.
To continue interaction with OME team and provide required support and guidance in day to day operational inspections. To receive readily assistance for Call-In Type Emergency Calls.
To perform safely and in compliance with Industry Codes and Standards.
Minimum Requirements:

High school with 15 years Refinery/Petro-chemical Plant Field Inspection Experience or Diploma with 14 years
Add list of requirements here - Work experience in an operating refinery or petro chemical plant attached to the Field Inspection Unit is mandatory.
Other, Must Have:
1) Knowledge and experience in integrity inspections, applicable Codes & Standards, Optimization of NDT, Inspection Planning, and Emergency Response Experience shall be demonstrated
2)Fair knowledge on Unit Operations, Hazardous Materials, MSDS, and Equipment Internal Configurations is required.
