Sr. Project Coordinator to:• Develop Third Party Investor Projects from Idea Phase through Definitive Agreement Phase to allow turnover to PMD.• Support plant projects as needed from an Evaluation / Outsourcing perspective. • Support Management in long-term, strategic decision-making that supports Petro Rabigh business objectives. All within corporate policies. Minimum Responsibilities: 1- Supporting:o Identify Third Party Projects / Technologies that support PRC long-term, strategic directiono Support requested plant processes that have been identified for economic evaluation / outsourcing o Develop processes / procedures that support Business Development initiatives 2- Planning:o Evaluate technologies / products that will further develop the downstream domestic markets in the Kingdomo Periodical evaluation of domestic markets to determine competitor's products and what markets offer opportunity 3- Coordinating:Coordinate with Marketing, Production Planning, Sales, Engineering Support, Manufacturing, as well as in house and external Legal Departments. 4- Investor Communication:Serve as conduit for all interface between internal functions and external investors. 5- PRC Development: * Develop timely, long-term, strategic focus of the Petro Rabigh facility relative to forward investors / technologies. * Allocate resources to develop forward strategy 6- Supervision / Monitoring:* Direct leadership and work instructions to fellow workers to assist in moving projects forward* Monitor project performance to proactively anticipate issues and act accordingly* Ensure that all work is performed as per company policies 7- Budgeting: * Preparation of the Department Budget* Monitoring and proactively controlling of Department expenditures 8- Safety:* Encourage all team members to work in safe manner* Cooperate with all Departments to ensure safety for all individuals Skilles & Knowledges: * Strong knowledge of O&G markets; focus on refined fuels and petrochemical products * Considerable background in Project Management. Organized and responsive * Strong knowledge of Business Development and Project Management processes * Natural, solid business sense. Critical thinker.
