Sr. Contracting Representative

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in the following areas.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIABLITIES

Source, Prequalify new contractors in line with Company Policies and Procedures.

Manage and maintain contractors database with clear classification and performance indicators.

Perform and manage awareness to contract coordinators.

Monitor overall contract & service buying activities against budget, schedule and KPI s and attribute and provide corrective solution assistance where appropriate.

Monitor contractor quality and efficiency in relation to contracted service performance levels and correct as necessary.

Provide guidance to identify saving opportunities activities to Contract Advisors and customers.

continues work process improvement and system enhancement to improve quality, control and timely action.

Maintain high level Business standard and Ethics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Accounting or Business Administration

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral presentation.

9 years contracting experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.

Understanding of ERP system preferably SAP system.
